Exchange and new networks are the focus
Health officer and First County Councillor Adil Oyan emphasized the importance of exchange: prevention works particularly well when people talk to each other and take action together.
Dr. Angela Carstens, head of the district health office, also emphasized the importance of well-connected structures for public health protection. New contacts and networks were already established during the event.
Exhibition on HPV awareness meets with interest
The traveling exhibition "HPV Has Many Faces," presented in cooperation with the German Cancer Research Center, also attracted considerable interest. It provided clear information on HPV prevention and raised awareness of health risks.
Platform for health literacy
The event brought together authorities, schools, associations, initiatives, and citizens. The aim was to strengthen health literacy and promote community cohesion.
