The event on October 24th will be dedicated to the topic of grief
Groß-Gerau. Under the motto "Grief to go or Where to take my grief?", the hospice and palliative care network in the Groß-Gerau district to this year's Hospice Day 2025. The event will take place on Friday, October 24 , from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Groß-Gerau District Office , Wilhelm-Seipp-Straße 4. Admission is free, and registration is not required.
Program with lectures, readings and discussions
Visitors can learn about hospice and palliative care services at the network's information booths. They can also expect a diverse program of lectures, readings, and discussions.
After the welcome address, Stefanie Steinfeld on the topic of "Grief in the Workplace ." Following this, Veronika Weizsäcker poems and texts by Simone Häußler . After a short break, the hospice associations in the Groß-Gerau district and the cancer support center Weiterleben eV introduce themselves. The event will conclude with a presentation by Ann-Kathrin van Hauth on the topic of "Children's Grief ," followed by an open discussion.
A book table with literature on hospice work , designed by the Frank bookstore , complements the program.
