The elections for the 21st German Bundestag will take place on Sunday, February 23. Due to the early election, which was originally scheduled for September 28, the election office of Riedstadt is advising voters of changed deadlines. Postal voting documents will not be available until early February, as the ballot papers cannot be printed until the end of January.
Voter notification cards will be delivered by mail by February 2nd. Postal voting documents can be requested directly from the city's election office using the application form on the back of the notification card. Those who do not wish to wait for the notification card can also submit their application online starting Monday, January 13th, on the city's website www.riedstadt.de , or in writing now (email is also considered sufficient). The following information is required: surname, first names, date of birth, and residential address (street, house number, postal code, city). Applications cannot be submitted by telephone.

The election office can be reached during the town hall's regular opening hours (Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Tuesdays from 7:00 a.m., and Thursdays additionally from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.). Voters can request or submit postal voting documents during these times.
