VdK Eberstadt, together with the German Red Cross (DRK), provides information about support services
The VdK Eberstadt local chapter invites you to an information afternoon about support and assistive devices for elderly and vulnerable people. The event will take place on Friday, March 27, 2026, at 3 p.m. in the St. Josef Catholic Parish Hall. Doors open at 2:30 p.m.
As a partner, the DRK district association Darmstadt-Stadt e. V. provides information about its services in the area of care, support and assistance in everyday life.
Information on home emergency call systems and care services
The afternoon will focus on practical assistance for people who wish to live independently in their own homes for as long as possible. Among the items presented will be a home emergency call system and an emergency call watch, which can offer additional security in everyday life.
In addition, the German Red Cross (DRK) provides information about outpatient care options and services for senior citizens, including the day center on Heidelberger Landstraße in Darmstadt-Eberstadt.
Exchange over coffee and cake
Visitors can examine the presented equipment up close and ask questions about the products and services. As is customary at the local chapter's meetings, coffee and cake will also be served.
For better planning, the VdK requests registration by telephone at 06151 6278926. Members of the local branch as well as interested guests are invited.
