The 6th International spring swimming festival (FSF) will take place on February 21 and 22, 2025 in Darmstadt - with a new record result.
4,900 starts registered at the spring swimming festival
With almost 4,900 starts, the top-class swimming event a record participation that even surprised the organizers.
“It seems to have got around in large parts of Germany that Darmstadt has a fast pool . The reporting result for this extent has already surprised us, ”said Matthias Ocklenburg , first chairman of the swimming department of the DSW12 .
The event is the first major test for the new board team - a challenge that the experienced organization team of the DSW12 with his experience in the organization of large swimming events in the Nordbad in Darmstadt .
First sporting location for the Bundesliga team
6th FSF will also be a highlight. Head coach Georg Schneider sees the weekend as a first big test in the new year . Some of his freshly rising talents start in the 1st Bundesliga to demonstrate their shape.
National and international top starter field awaited
With the participation of national and international swimming sizes as well as the excellent reputation of the event in the swimming scene, the 6th International Spring Swimming Festival in Darmstadt facing another successful chapter in its history.
