Two days of top-class sport in Darmstadt – VIP guests and supporting program announced
On the weekend of April 26th and 27th, 2025, DSW12 Darmstadt will host the 60th International Swimming Festival (ISF). Since 1964, top athletes from Germany and abroad have met in Darmstadt – making the event one of the most traditional swimming events in Germany.
The event will take place at the Nordbad Darmstadt , which will transform into a center of German swimming on the last weekend of April. In addition to top-class competitions, the club is also announcing a diverse supporting program and the swimming department's appearance in its new club look.
A special highlight awaits visitors on Sunday from 1 p.m Prominent guests of honor from the club, politics, and sports are expected to attend the final events . Among them is Michael Groß , multiple Olympic champion and ISF record holder, who will answer questions about swimming in an interview.
With the International Swimming Festival, DSW12 Darmstadt not only wants to celebrate sporting achievements, but also promote the club community and the exchange among swimming enthusiasts.
