Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs calls for participation
Hesse -wide internship days will be organized again this year - a project for the professional orientation of young people that from June 16 to August 15, 2025 . Companies in Darmstadt, Southern Hesse and all of Hesse are called one or several days of internship .
The aim of the campaign is to give students from the 8th grade the opportunity to get to know different professions and companies. At the same time, the format of regional companies offers an opportunity to make contact with potential trainees at an early stage - an important step towards securing skilled workers.
Flexible participation for companies
The internship days can planned individually . It is possible to offer places on individual days or over several appointments - according to capacity. Participation is free of charge .

Background & support
The internship days are by the funds of the European Social Fund (ESF) . Over 1,300 companies in Hesse took part last year consultation hours are also available for companies to clarify open questions or to exchange ideas with other companies.
