Minister MANSOORI praises the program as a success - registration still possible until July 18th
Hessen - The Hesse -wide internship days are in full swing: From June 16 to August 15, 2025, companies have the opportunity to get to know potential trainees as part of one -day trial days. Economic Minister Kaweh Mansori showed himself to be convinced of the success of the program when visiting Scaltel GmbH & Co. KG in Wiesbaden:
"After the first run, 84 percent of young people could imagine training or studying in their internship. 92 percent of companies saw in at least one participating potential trainee. This shows how well this model works - for both sides," said the minister.
Over 1,000 companies participate
The internship days Hessen are an unbureaucratic platform for mediation between young people and companies. Registration takes place via a central matching platform, the participation is free of charge . Over 1,000 companies in Hesse already take part in 2025 .
"Practical professional orientation only succeeds with the commitment of the companies - our special thanks go to them," emphasized Mansori.
An example of successful implementation is Scaltel GmbH & Co. KG in Wiesbaden. The company organizes a total of 17 internship days . Branch manager Jens Lambrecht said:
"Who - like us - stands for a safe and networked future, has to invest in young specialists. Internships and school visits are essential for us - we are happy about the recognition through the country."
Registration possible until July 18th
The internship days are organized by the Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs , the Ministry of Culture , regional Olov networks and other partners of the Hessen alliance . The project is funded by the state of Hesse and the funds of the European Social Fund (ESF+) .
