Overview of offers for students and pupils now centrally available
The Darmstadt Regional Council (RP) has launched a new online portal for internships. All available internships for university and high school students are now clearly presented on the website. The state authority, with offices in Darmstadt, Frankfurt, and Wiesbaden, offers internships in numerous fields.
The new portal is aimed particularly at students who are required to complete a mandatory internship as part of their studies. The direct contact person in the respective department is listed for each internship position. Internships are offered in fields such as waste management, mining, geography, food chemistry, medicine, urban planning, environmental design, and viticulture.
“We want to give students the opportunity to get to know our diverse agency,” says Regional President Prof. Dr. Jan Hilligardt, who also teaches as an honorary professor at TU Darmstadt. “With the new portal, they can quickly and easily find out about our services.”
The regional government office also offers students insights into the work of a state authority with numerous areas of responsibility. The opportunity to complete a student internship is available at all three locations.
