The Hessian Ministry of Economic Affairs calls for participation
As announced by the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Energy, Transport, Housing and Rural Areas, the statewide internship days organized again this year – a project for career orientation for young people, from June 16 to August 15, 2025. Companies in Darmstadt, southern Hesse and throughout Hesse are invited one- or multi-day internship opportunities .
to give students from the 8th grade onwards regional companies a chance to establish early contact with potential trainees – an important step towards securing skilled workers.
Flexible participation for companies
The internship days can planned individually . Places can be offered on individual days or over several dates – depending on availability. Participation is free of charge .

Background & Support
The internship days are by funding from the European Social Fund (ESF) . Last year, over 1,300 companies in Hesse participated. Digital consultation hours available for companies in 2025 to clarify any questions or to exchange ideas with other businesses.
