New career format brings employers and applicants right into the city center
On Wednesday, February 25th, and Thursday, February 26th, 2026, the Luisencenter Darmstadt a meeting place for career, training, and professional reorientation. The new job fair AgenDA offers an easily accessible, free-to-use event format that brings employers and job seekers together directly in the heart of the city.
The fair is organized by UDVM Ulrich Diehl Verlags- und Medienservice GmbH and Noack media production GbR . The aim is to make career opportunities visible in places where tens of thousands of people travel every day.
With around 45,000 visitors per day , approximately 16,000 square meters of retail space , and more than 60 shops, one of the busiest locations in southern Hesse. Its central location on Luisenplatz ensures broad reach and easy accessibility – a clear advantage over traditional exhibition halls.
First exhibitors confirmed
There is already a great deal of interest in the new job fair. The first confirmed exhibitors include:
- German Armed Forces
- Protestant University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt
- Regional Finance Directorate Frankfurt am Main
- German pension insurance
Several anchor tenants of the Luisencenter , including Bormuth, Müller and Rossmann , are also participating in the trade fair. This underscores the center's role as a regional business and training hub.
Patronage by Mayor Hanno Benz
Mayor Hanno Benz assumed patronage of the AgenDA job fair City marketing Darmstadt also supports the new format and welcomes the decision to deliberately locate the fair in the city center.
Experienced event organizer team
A key success factor of AgenDA is the experience of the two organizers.
UDVM – Ulrich Diehl Publishing and Media Service GmbH.
The team around Uli Diehl has many years of experience in organizing trade fairs, industry events, and high-profile events . With strong roots in regional publishing, trade marketing, and event management, UDVM is one of the established media and trade fair partners in southern Hesse.
Noack media production GbR
brings operational experience from organizing a vocational training fair in Frankfurt in October 2024. This included, among other things, actively contacting schools, acquiring and supporting companies, advertising communication, and coordinating all relevant partners.
Together, the two companies form a well-coordinated team of organizers who implement AgenDA as a structured and field-tested trade fair concept.
