The Senior Citizens' Advisory Board invites you to an information event on November 5th.
Griesheim. Joint diseases are among the most common health problems in old age – and often lead to surgery. To provide information on causes, prevention, and treatment options, the Senior Citizens' Advisory Board, together with the Senior Citizens' Office of the City of Griesheim , invites you to a free lecture entitled "Joint Diseases" on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 .
The event will take place from 2:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Griesheim Town Hall , Room C (entrance on Schillerstraße). Registration is not required.
Lecture by Dr. Raj Kumar Choudhary
The speaker is Dr. Raj Kumar Choudhary, . He will provide an overview of the different types of joint diseases , outline preventative measures , and explain treatment options – from conservative methods to surgical procedures.
In Germany, approximately 200,000 artificial knee and hip joints implanted annually. This presentation aims to shed light on the causes and treatment options and to provide support to those affected. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to ask the speaker individual questions.
