LiteraturInitiative invites you to the series Literaturszene Südhessen
As announced by the Literature Initiative within the Darmstadt KulturStärken e.V. association, a reading will take place as part of the Southern Hesse Literature Scene In the gallery of the Rosengarten restaurant, author Jutta Janzen her new social novel "Blossoms Everywhere ," published by Coortextverlag in 2025.
At the center of the novel is Marie, who opens the flower shop "Blüten" – a place where moving and whimsical stories unfold: from heartbreak to tests of courage to everyday dramas, both big and small. Janzen combines characters like Micha, Shirin, Leo, and bookseller Jule into a literary kaleidoscope of human experiences.
Jutta Janzen studied journalism, education, and psychology in Mainz and works as a PR specialist. She is a trained bookseller and certified freelance editor. She has lived in Darmstadt and southern Hesse for decades. In addition to publishing short fiction and poetry in anthologies, she has contributed to nonfiction books. In 2024, she was awarded first prize in the Stockstadt am Rhein literary competition.
