Digital services for visitors available around the clock
The Luisencenter in Darmstadt is expanding its digital services: Visitors now have access to a new AI-powered chat assistant called "LUIS." This digital helper can be accessed directly via the shopping center's website and offers information on shopping, services, and events – 24 hours a day and in up to 28 languages.
"LUIS" provides information on opening hours, shop offerings, current promotions, parking options, and restaurants in the Luisencenter. The chatbot also helps with orientation within the center, for example, with information on barrier-free access and services for people with reduced mobility.
According to the center management, the assistant is designed to improve the shopping experience by providing quick access to important information. It can be used without an app and works on all common devices.
The Luisencenter website has also been redesigned and, according to the operator, is now fully accessible to facilitate access for all visitor groups. The AI chat assistant can be accessed via the following link:
