220 children benefit from fundraising campaign at SV Darmstadt 98
A special home game for a good cause: During SV Darmstadt 98's 3-0 victory against Karlsruher SC, the Kiwanis Club Darmstadt to collect donations in the stadium for its schoolbag project. Thanks to the generous support of PEAK 98 , significant funds were raised to provide 220 socially disadvantaged children with fully equipped schoolbags.
Fundraising campaign with a big impact
The Kiwanis Club Darmstadt has been committed for many years to ensuring that children from financially disadvantaged families are optimally equipped for the start of the school year. The club generates the necessary funds through various events – including the Bessunger Brunnebittfest, an annual golf tournament, the Christmas celebration in the woods at Ludwigshöhe, and the PEAK fundraising campaign at the Böllenfalltor Stadium .
PEAK 98: Support for social projects
The fundraising campaign was made possible by PEAK 98 , an initiative of the PEAK Group in cooperation with SV Darmstadt 98. Donations for social organizations are collected at every home game – through direct donations from PEAK and the Lilies (SV Darmstadt 98), as well as through a raffle in the stadium .
A complete success thanks to goals from the Lilies
3-0 victory against KSC led to a particularly significant increase in the amount of donations. KIWANIS Darmstadt was delighted: "It was a complete success. SV Darmstadt 98 also contributed an additional €1,000 per goal . A huge thank you to PEAK and SV 98 !"
