Experience nature and put it into words
Starting September 1, the Groß-Gerau District Adult Education Center (KVHS) invites participants to a creative writing workshop on the topic of "Nature Writing ." The course teaches the art of transforming nature experiences into lively and expressive texts. Participants will learn about the origins of this form of writing, receive creative inspiration, and embark on outdoor excursions to sharpen their perception and put their experiences into words.
The writing workshop is aimed at anyone who enjoys writing and wants to be inspired by nature—regardless of prior knowledge. The course is led by Anja Baier "Grüne Glücksorte Mainz" (Green Places of Happiness in Mainz) with Droste Verlag in 2025 and combines her passion for nature and creative writing in this course.
The event will take place from September 1 to 29, 2025 , every Monday from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., at Dornberg Castle in Groß-Gerau. The participation fee is €70 (course number 52GG20202).
