Experiencing nature and putting it into words
Starting September 1st, the Groß-Gerau Adult Education Center (KVHS) invites you to a creative writing workshop on the topic of "Nature Writing ." The course teaches the art of transforming experiences in nature into vivid and expressive texts. Participants will learn about the origins of this writing form, receive creative inspiration, and take excursions into nature to sharpen their perception and put their experiences into words.
This writing workshop is for anyone who enjoys writing and wants to be inspired by nature – regardless of prior experience. The course is led by Anja Baier "Grüne Glücksorte Mainz" (Green Places of Happiness Mainz) with Droste Verlag in 2025 and combines her passion for nature and creative writing in this workshop.
The event will take place from September 1st to 29th, 2025 , every Monday from 6:30 pm to 8 pm, at Dornberg Castle in Groß-Gerau. The participation fee is 70 euros (course number 52GG20202).
