In addition to the regular loan and return of media, the flea market is the focus of the morning. “Unfortunately, no flea market took place in autumn 2024. The offer is all the greater in spring and we look forward to welcoming many readers, ”says Pamela Baer, head of the city library.

In the past, the book flea market has established itself as a popular meeting place for young and old. "The high demand and the large offer make the flea market a permanent institution in Groß-Gerau," explains Mayor Jörg Rüddenklau.
Whether novels, children's books, factual literature or exciting crime novels - the flea market offers something for every taste. The city library cordially invites everyone interested to stock up on new reading treasures in a relaxed atmosphere. The city library is open on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The flea market takes place in the attic of the library.
