The district of Groß-Gerau has therefore become active in many ways to recruit the necessary offspring for the times when many people from the "BabyBoomer generation" retire. There are brand ambassadors in the district office, the district is active at training fairs, he started the career portal page "Great" on the Internet.
Since December 2024, acquisition has also been on the flanks of a bus using advertising that runs through the district on several public transport routes. The idea was implemented by SD Verkehrsmedien Hessen GmbH. The bus, District Administrator Thomas wants to be brought up on January 15, should initially be traveling publicly in the next three years. "We are concerned with increasingly drawing attention to the training, the jobs and study opportunities in our district administration," says training manager Jan Thomas, who can also be seen on the advertising foils.
