Numerous friends, partners, customers, and interested guests accepted Hedtke's invitation to the official opening of the new Lynk & Co store on the expanded Hedtke Campus in Weiterstadt. Under the motto "There's a new kid in town!", the long-established car dealership celebrated the start of a promising partnership that perfectly complements its existing brand portfolio.
With Lynk & Co, Hedtke is expanding its product range to include vehicles that impress with their attractive price-performance ratio while simultaneously meeting the highest standards of design, technology, and sustainability. "A big thank you to our partners at Lynk & Co, to our dedicated team, and to the many first-class craftsmen who contributed significantly to the success of this project—good luck!" emphasized Managing Director Michael Hedtke.
Strong connection to Volvo
Hedtke is one of the first dealers in Germany to welcome Lynk & Co as an official sales partner. The company already has many years of experience in workshop service and used car sales for the brand. With the launch of new car sales, the final missing piece of the puzzle for a comprehensive offering has been added.
The connection to Lynk & Co. is no coincidence: The brand belongs to the Geely Holding Group, which also includes Hedtke's premium core brand, Volvo Cars. This proximity enables synergies in both design and technical development.
Showroom with a Club Atmosphere:
In close cooperation with the Lynk & Co headquarters, which is also located in Sweden, an exclusive model showroom has been created over the past few months on the Hedtke Campus at Rudolf-Diesel-Straße 33. It is the only one of its kind in Germany, drawing heavily on the existing Lynk & Co Club concept. Visitors can experience the models developed in the Lynk Design Center here—from the plug-in hybrid Lynk & Co 01 to the all-electric Lynk & Co 02 and the brand-new Lynk & Co 08. With an electric range of up to 200 kilometers and a combined range of over 1,000 kilometers, the latter sets entirely new standards in its class and beyond.
With the opening of this store, Hedtke once again underlines its role as an innovative mobility partner in southern Hesse – and brings a breath of fresh air to the regional automotive world.
