Venue and time changed for August 17th
Darmstadt. The concert “Connected” with the Aramaic singer Maria Kaplan on Sunday, August 17, in the Heimstättensiedlung will not take place in the Protestant St. Matthew's Church as originally announced, but in the Catholic Church of the Holy Cross , Heimstättenweg 102.
The start time has been postponed to 7:15 p.m., with doors opening at 6:45 p.m. Maria Kaplan will perform together with her father, Murat Kaplan, and the Syriac Orthodox monk Shemun. The program offers healing and moving material within an ecumenical framework.
The Ecumenical and Interreligious Dialogue Office of the Protestant Deanery of Darmstadt, represented by Pastor Ilka Friedrich, has invited everyone to this spiritual evening. Admission is free; donations are welcome.
