Germania Eppertshausen invites you to join in open singing
The singing club Germania 1890 Eppertshausen e. V. is launching a new choir project for the region: Under the title “MÄNNERCHOR DaDi”, the offer is aimed at men from the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg and beyond.
The aim is to inspire both experienced singers and newcomers to sing together in a choir. The project is intentionally to be time-limited , allowing for easy entry without a long-term commitment.
First rehearsal on April 13th
The starting signal will be given on April 13, 2026 at 8 p.m. in the TAV hall in Eppertshausen, the rehearsal room of Germania.

The musical direction is in the hands of Wolfgang Tüncher, choir director of the FDC. Rehearsals will then take place regularly at the same location.
Open offer for beginners and experienced participants
The choir project is specifically aimed at men without prior experience as well as current or former choir singers. The low-threshold approach is designed to make it easier to get to know singing in a men's choir.
With the new format, the association is responding to changing conditions in the choral sector and is focusing on flexible offerings in order to strengthen cultural asset of the male choir
Serenade evening as the finale
The project will culminate in a serenade evening on September 5, 2026, at the community center in Eppertshausen. The steps there will serve as a natural stage for an open-air event where the project choir will present its program.
Community and culture in focus
The "DaDi Men's Choir" aims to do more than just provide a musical offering. The project also sees itself as a contribution to regional cultural activities, seeking to bring people together and strengthen the community in the district.
