Owners are asked to evaluate the modernization convoy – participation is possible until August 24th
Darmstadt. The City of Darmstadt invites all property owners who have already received free energy advice as part of the modernization program to participate in an online survey. The aim is to gather feedback on the quality and impact of the service and to further improve the advice.
The survey is part of a scientific evaluation being conducted in cooperation with Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences as part of a master's thesis. Those interested can complete the questionnaire online until August 24, 2025 – either via the link qrco.de/Evaluierung-Modernisierungskonvoi or via the city's climate protection website www.darmstadt.de/klimaschutz . Participation takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
Energy consulting active since 2017
The "Modernization Convoy" is a municipal initiative that has been offering free on-site consultations on energy-efficient building renovations since 2017. Topics covered include insulation, windows, heating systems, and heat protection in the summer. Registration for the consultation service is still possible until September 30, 2025, via www.modernisierungskonvoi.de .
Climate Protection Officer Michael Kolmer emphasizes the importance of the feedback:
“We want to know how our advisory service has been perceived so far and which energy-efficient renovations have actually been initiated. The feedback from property owners is of great importance to us in order to further improve the service.”
