A successful event organized by the SGA triathlon department in ideal competition weather
Darmstadt-Arheilgen – Under brilliant sunshine and ideal competition conditions, the 33rd Mühlchen Triathlon, organized by the triathlon division of SG Arheilgen (SGA) . Numerous athletes started the popular "Mühlchen Classic" race at 9 a.m.
Fastest times for women and men
Emma Dörr (W20) secured the overall victory 1:01:04 hours Aloisia Schedel (W35) followed in second place 1:01:38 hours , and Victoria Breitling (W25) came in third with 1:02:45 hours .
In the men's race, Dennis Rother (M30) triumphed with a time of 53:53 minutes . Benjamin Hoenen second place in 54:14 minutes Lars Kirchner (M25) finished third with a time 56:11 minutes
A convivial gathering rounds off the day
The social program was also a great success: Coffee, cake, sausages, salads, and cold drinks provided a convivial atmosphere for everyone to enjoy well into the afternoon. Athletes and their companions alike were delighted by the friendly, family-like atmosphere at the Arheilger Mühlchen.
The triathlon department of SG Arheilgen was very pleased with the high level of participation. For the 34th Mühlchen Triathlon next year, the team hopes for another strong turnout – and also for newcomers interested in the sport.
