“Dialogue & Pleasure” focuses on regional, seasonal and sustainable cuisine.
The Hessian State Museum Darmstadt has announced a new culinary destination: the "Dialog & Genuss" is now open during the museum's regular opening hours. It is run by Ülkem Yel , a passionate chef, restaurant manager, and sommelier.
Regional, seasonal and sustainable
The new café owner places great emphasis on high-quality, regional products and sustainable cuisine.
This includes:
- Baked goods from the Schellhaas bakery in Groß-Bieberau
- Wines from the Meyerhof winery in Flonheim (Rheinhessen)
- A daily fresh lunch menu with regional vegetables and salads
For families, there are also three special children's dishes .
A meeting place and bookable for celebrations
Ülkem Yel aims to create a warm and inviting meeting place at the State Museum with "Dialogue & Pleasure" – both as a complement to museum visits and as a distinct space for social interaction. The café can also be booked for private and corporate events.
