Elfriede Schnitzspan elected to the board
Hans Erich and Marie Elfriede Dotter Foundation is pleased to announce a significant change in their management structure: since January 1, 2025, Elfriede Schnitzspan has been working as the new company of the foundation and supports the orientation and expertise of the committee.
As a former member of the Dotter Foundation, Elfriede Schnitzspan, managing director of Mobile Praxis gGmbH, has been familiar with many funding projects since 2021 and is well networked in Eberstadt as a trained social worker with decades of experience.
"With this new occupation, the foundation gains further skills that will complement and expand our work sustainably," explains Karl G. Dotter, Managing CEO of the foundation. With the entry of Ms. Schnitzspan to the board, her great experience comes into its own, especially on social issues that she has been able to bring in on the advisory board.
The Yield Foundation has been involved in project funding in the field of child, youth and elderly help, art and culture, education and education as well as home care and local history since 2014. It is therefore an important partner for local clubs, schools, churches and other organizations and is only active in their statutory sphere of activity Eberstadt. The Dotter Foundation fulfills the foundation's purpose through funding and cooperation projects as well as operational projects that the foundation itself initiates and realizes. All of these projects are financed from the income of the assets that the founders had achieved from the sale of Goldwell GmbH and turned the foundation as the sole heir.
With the new board member, the foundation wants to continue to give impulses and realize its vision for a continued positive development of Eberstadt, the home of the founders. Elfriede Schnitzspan accepted the election with pleasure and is looking forward to the new job in cooperation with her colleagues on the board.
