District -wide renovation campaign continues in municipalities
The renovation round tables of the Groß-Gerau district are aimed at all homeowners, real estate seekers and interested parties who want to renovate their house energetically. You will receive compact information from the appointments and can then ask the experts. The district is planning a total of six appointments for spring 2025.
The offer is funded by means of the state of Hesse. Cooperation partners are the energy consultants of efficiency: class GmbH from Darmstadt and the municipalities. “A total of more than 100 people in the district took part in the renovation round tables last year. Refurbishing concrete topics in a small round was a good way for the participants to ask their questions to the experts, ”says first district deputy and environmental director Adil Oyan.
The first regulars' table 2025 deals with the topic "building envelope - roof and facade". It begins on February 26 at 6 p.m. in the Nauheim town hall. A well -insulated facade and a dense roof reduce heat losses in winter and prevent overheating in summer. This saves heating costs and protects the environment. The participants will learn how to do best at this date.
The subsequent dates are also on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. March 5th is about heating, March 12, about the "expiry of energy advice", on March 19, the topic of "building envelope" is again on the agenda. The topic of heating follows again on March 26th and the regulars' table on the topic "Process of Energy Consulting" will be offered again on April 2. Interested parties will learn the location of the event on the website www.klima.kreirgg.de .

In addition to an entertaining lecture, there is always enough time at the regulars' tables to ask specific questions about planned projects: "So if you are currently thinking about renovation measures on your building, you can ask your questions to the energy consultants in a small group," so Adil Oyan. Registration is necessary via the website www.klima.kreirgg.de or directly at klima@kreisgg.de . Separate registration is required for each regulars' table. The number of participants is limited.
