The network "Made in South Hesse", which has served in the past as an important platform for regional companies, start-ups, artists and authors, is to be revived. The relaunch marks a new impulse for the southern Hessian economy to network more with each other and to raise synergies.
Review of successful beginnings
"Made in South Hesse" was originally launched to strengthen the regional economy, network local companies and promote joint projects. Numerous events, workshops and network evenings in the past provided lively exchange and contributed to the fact that the South Hessian economy grew closer together. Small and medium-sized companies in particular (SMEs) and start-ups benefited from the synergies that were created within the network. Artists and book authors were also able to present themselves through the network with their works to a wider audience.
A restart with a fresh concept
The “Made in South Hesse” network is revived with new ideas and a clear focus. “We realized that a purely digital network is not enough to achieve our goals. That is why we plan to organize regular meetings and events where entrepreneurs can personally exchange ideas, ”explains Ulrich Diehl, who, together with Alexander Götz, breathes new life into the network. "These meetings will not take place weekly," adds Alexander Götz, "but it is important that we see each other at least once a quarter. These meetings will have both event and trade fair character. They offer a platform for presentation and formulating needs. The focus is on the lively and profitable exchange. "
In addition to the personal encounters, the social media presence of the network is to be redesigned. The focus is on an active and regular interaction on LinkedIn, where not only current information about the members and their offers is shared, but ideas for joint projects and cooperation are also to be created. "We want to use the synergies even more between companies in the region," emphasizes Götz.
Solid arguments for membership
In addition to the planned meetings and the reinforced social media presence, the proven advantages of membership in “Made in South Hesse” remain: Members benefit from a free advertisement in the M-Magazine, significantly reduced conditions for advertisements in the titles of Ulrich Diehl Verlag and Medien GmbH, the use of the "Made in South Hesse" logos and other amenities. The website and the interactive platform of the network will be fundamentally revised and partially developed in the coming weeks and months.

Together for a strong region
The restart offers the unique opportunity to tackle the challenges of the present together and to strengthen the region sustainably. The members are called up to actively contribute and to help shape and develop the network with fresh ideas and commitment. Those responsible are confident: "Together we can establish 'Made in South Hesse' as a lighthouse project for regional economic development and make a role model for successful networking and economic cooperation."
The relaunch should be completed by the end of the year, so that from 2025 all advantages of membership can be fully exploited. Before that, there will be a first "initial" event in 2024, in which old and new network partners get to know each other and Ulrich Diehl and Alexander Götz present the new "Made in South Hesse".
