Anniversary evening with a reading by Michael Marrak
A quarter of a century after its first issue, the magazine "phantastisch!" celebrates its 100th issue. The occasion is the 374th Science Fiction Meeting Darmstadt on February 28, 2026, in Eppertshausen. In addition to the freshly printed anniversary issue, news about the magazine's future will also be presented.
For 25 years, "phantastisch!" has been a staple for fans of science fiction, fantasy, and horror in German-speaking countries. Starting in 2026, the magazine will be published by Calliope Media GmbH from Frankfurt, ensuring its continued existence.
Reading with Michael Marrak
As a special guest, the award-winning author Michael Marrak has been invited. He will read from his short story "After the Shadow Fall" and will be available for discussion afterwards.
Meeting point in Eppertshausen
The meeting begins at 6 p.m. in the hall of the Adebar restaurant, Jahnstraße 2, in Eppertshausen. The reading starts at 8 p.m. in the adjoining room. The event is organized by the Darmstadt Science Fiction Club, which regularly brings together fans and those interested in fantasy fiction.
