New climate protection program supports households when switching to solar energy
The city of Griesheim has decided on a new support program for photovoltaic systems . Households who want to rely on solar energy in the future can up to 1,175 euros in grants for a newly built system-provided that this has an output of more than two kilowatt peak (KWP) .
"With the new funding offer, we create financial incentives so that even more citizens opt for sustainable energy supply," said climate protection manager Jörg Glock . The aim is to further advance the expansion of renewable energies in Griesheim - also against the background of changed legal framework.
Application and funding conditions
The funding budget comprises 50,000 euros per year . early application is recommended .
Are eligible:
- New photovoltaic systems with more than 2 kWp
- Only projects that have not yet been
- Projects within the Griesheim city area
- Application before the start of the measure with the estimate
