Maped music program at changing places in Darmstadt - free entry
The popular promenade concerts return after a creative break with a fresh concept and a wide range of programs. From May to September, music lovers can expect a varied repertoire with jazz, folk, rock, brass and choral music. The open -air concerts take place at different locations in Darmstadt, including in the Herrngarten, in the garden of the Orangerie, in the Rosenhöhe Park, on the BrentanoWiese in Kranichstein, in the school yard of the Eastern School of Wixhausen, in the Eberstädter Biergarten and at the Kiosk in 1975 in the postal settlement. Entry is free of charge at all concerts.
The opening concert starts on Sunday, May 11th, at 2 p.m. in the school yard of the Eastern School in Wixhausen. In cooperation with the DRK active seniors Wixhausen EV and the music office Darmstadt, the children's and youth choirs Darmstadt-Wixhausen, the choir Surprising, the Madrigal choir Cantosumm and the youth wind orchestra Wixhausen appear.
