The event provides information about PV systems, electricity tariffs and funding opportunities
As part of the solar campaign of the Groß-Gerau district, an information event on photovoltaics will take place on April 20, 2026 at 6 p.m. in the district office in Groß-Gerau.
The event is aimed at citizens who want to learn about options for climate-neutral energy supply using photovoltaics or who are planning their own PV project. In light of current funding programs, dynamic electricity tariffs, and rising energy prices, the use of solar power is becoming increasingly important.
Planning and implementation of a PV system
In the first presentation, photovoltaic expert Martin Gränitz, managing director of BosSolar, explains the most important steps from the initial planning to the commissioning of a system.
Topics include the planning of the system, the installation of the solar modules, as well as registration with the grid operator and the Federal Network Agency.
Interaction of PV, storage and electromobility
In the second presentation, Rudolf Bersch from the Hessian Consumer Center explains how dynamic electricity tariffs, photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pumps and electromobility can work together.
The aim is to show how these technologies can be combined to create an efficient and climate-neutral energy supply.
Registration and further advice
Those interested can register for the event online:
eveeno.com
Alternatively, registration is possible via email to klima@kreisgg.de .
Furthermore, the district administration regularly offers free consultations on photovoltaic systems . These take place every Tuesday at the district office. Interested individuals receive information on the appropriate system size, potential yields, and possible cost savings.
