Craft assistance and help for self-help at the start of the year
For the first time in 2026, the Repair Café in the Old Town Hall of Crumstadt its doors on Saturday, January 24th 2 pm to 5 pm, help for self-repair of broken everyday items will once again be available in the historic building at Poppenheimer Straße 1.
repair items such as hand mixers, kitchen radios, and other small appliances You can also bring along broken wooden toys and playground equipment replacement parts need to be paid for at cost . Large appliances and fully automatic coffee machines are not repaired. All items brought along must be taken home after your visit – even if a repair was not possible.
The repair activities are accompanied by coffee and cake , creating a relaxed atmosphere. During the Repair Café, the neighboring Crumstadt Local History Museum open and can be visited.
Due to limited parking, please note that parking is available at the rear of the Old Town Hall

Looking ahead: The first Linux Café of the new year will take place on Saturday, February 21st , also in the Old Town Hall of Crumstadt. Registration is required for this event at www.rc-riedstadt.de/linux .
