Self-help in the old town hall – repairs, advice and coffee & cake
As the city of Riedstadt announces, the repair café in the old town hall of Crumstadt at Poppenheimer Straße 1 will open for the last time this year on Saturday, November 22nd. From 2 pm to 5 pm, defective small appliances such as hand mixers, kitchen radios or other household appliances can be brought in and repaired under guidance.
Repairs of small appliances and toys
Wooden toys and smaller play equipment can also be repaired together. The service is free of charge; only necessary replacement parts will be charged at cost. Large appliances and fully automatic coffee machines will not be repaired. Items brought in must be taken home again in all cases – even if a repair is not possible.
Accompanying program and museum open
Coffee and cake will be available during the Repair Café. The neighboring Crumstadt Local History Museum will also be open to visitors. Due to limited parking, parking is available behind the old town hall during opening hours.
