Event on May 10th invites you to participate, exchange and repair
Under the motto "Repair instead of throwing away", the repair café Eberstadt invites you to participate on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. In the rooms of the Darmstadt EV (Grenzallee 4–6), defective devices, bicycles, clothing or small furniture can be repaired together with volunteer experts.
New with: A presentation on 3D printing technology , in which interested parties can experience the practical application directly on site. Expert consultants provide insights into the potential of the technology for repair and spare parts production.
, food sharing Darmstadt EV also provides rescued food. The neighborhood café ensures a relaxed atmosphere with cakes, coffee, tea and mineral water.
The repair café is a joint project by the Eberstadt senior network , the science city of Darmstadt , the Werkhof Darmstadt EV with the Nala and the Caritas Center Eberstadt south . The aim is to promote sustainability, protect resources and strengthen the neighborhood in Eberstadt.
