Cantor Gudrun Wiediger invites interested people under 50 to sing along
Griesheim. Singing together, forgetting everyday life, and recharging your batteries – this is the opportunity offered by a new gospel choir project of the Lutheran Congregation of Griesheim, led by cantor Gudrun Wiediger. The target group is interested individuals under 50 who would like to try out gospel singing on a project basis.
Rehearsals will take place on four Mondays: September 15, 22, and 29, as well as October 20. The highlight will be the performance at the concert of the established gospel choir RiseUp! on Saturday, October 25, at 7 p.m. in the Luther Church in Griesheim.
"Being able to have so many positive experiences for relatively little money is unbeatable," emphasizes Gudrun Wiediger. Choir experience isn't required—just a love of singing and the willingness to engage in an intense musical experience.
