SG Stockstadt-Biebesheim crowns winners and honors last place with cheese bread
Last Saturday, SG Stockstadt-Biebesheim held its traditional "SchnappDich" tournament . Numerous participants competed with great ambition for every pin – supported by an enthusiastic audience who cheered the players on loudly.
In the end, Sascha Schmirmund and Miloe Andić victorious with a commanding 572 pins Helmut Göbel and Michael Molter came in second , narrowly missing out on the win, but they were rewarded with vouchers to "spend on Prosecco." Third place went to Markus Wenner and Peter Seitz , who received a six-pack of beer as their prize.
The traditional consolation prize for last place – the legendary cheese sandwich – went this year to Katja Leuthäuser and Karl-Heinz Brettnich . After the awards ceremony, all participants and guests enjoyed a convivial afternoon together – a fitting end to the popular tournament, which has long enjoyed cult status in the region.
