Artist duo Dillmann and Kaufhold with a new program
Food connects – and inspires. After the great success of their program "Are You Knee or Hip?", Ralph Dillmann (vocals) and Gerd Kaufhold dedicating themselves to a topic that truly affects everyone: food.
Under the title "Schnitzel or Caviar?", the artist duo serves up songs and chansons by Georg Kreisler, Hermann Leopoldi, Bodo Wartke, Leonard Bernstein , and other well-known names. Musically and thematically, the menu ranges from typical Viennese delicacies to American fast-food recipes, restaurant and diet tips – and for the truly hardcore, even to the feeding of wild animals.
The program is always seasoned with a good dose of humor: a little spicy, witty, sometimes biting – but always easily digestible. An entertaining evening that shows how versatile and enjoyable the theme of food can be when explored through music.
