IG BAU Rhein-Main calls on trainees in Darmstadt to apply for the TiBB program of the Hans Böckler Foundation
Darmstadt. Good performance during vocational training can now pay off twice: Trainees from Darmstadt have the chance to receive monthly scholarship of €300 three years . As the IG BAU Rhein-Main union reports , the Hans Böckler Foundation, once again awarding scholarships as part of the "Talents in Vocational Education" (TiBB) . Applications are until September 1st .
The program is aimed at trainees at the end of their first or the beginning of their second year of apprenticeship , regardless of their field of work. In addition to financial support, the scholarship also includes numerous further training opportunities , language courses, support for democratic values , and even the possibility of a stay abroad .
Opportunities for dedicated trainees from all sectors
program supports young people who stand out during their apprenticeships through their willingness to perform, their commitment to the company , and their sense of social responsibility . The chosen field of study is irrelevant – whether it's crafts, nursing, retail, or forestry: what matters is motivation.
“We are looking for trainees who make a difference in the company and take on responsibility in their daily work,” emphasizes Bruno Walle , Chairman of IG BAU Rhein-Main. Anyone in Darmstadt who knows such a person is encouraged to spread the word about the funding program. “It’s worth putting your hat in the ring – the TiBB scholarship can be a real door opener for the future,” says Walle.
