A free service offered by the Groß-Gerau district strengthens mental and physical safety
District of Groß-Gerau. The Office for Women and Equal Opportunities a self-assertion course for adult women on November 22, 2025. Under the motto "Successfully Setting Boundaries," trainer Catharina Bach from selbst.sicher.stark basic techniques for defending against attacks in a two-hour course self-confidence and mental attitude of the participants.
In addition to practical exercises, the focus is particularly on developing inner strength. The aim is to support women in reacting confidently and securely in difficult situations.
The free course will take place from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Groß-Gerau District Office . As the number of participants is limited , please by email to bfc@kreisgg.de by November 18, 2025 .
