Event on March 12th with zoo educator Dr. Frank Velte
The Vivarium Darmstadt Zoo invites you to lead “animals in popular belief” on Wednesday, March 12th. Zooo teacher Dr. Frank Velte addresses the different cultural perspectives on the wildlife.
The importance of animals in popular belief
Among other things : Why were they in some cultures as companions of gods , while others looked at them with disgust ? And why are they also considered a symbol of parental care ? These and other questions are illuminated during the event.
Meeting point, costs and registration
The tour begins at 10 a.m. at the zoo school . In addition to the admission price, a contribution of 4.50 euros per person made.
