Event on March 12th with zoo educator Dr. Frank Velte
The Vivarium Zoo Darmstadt invites senior citizens to a guided tour entitled "Animals in Folk Beliefs" on Wednesday, March 12th. Zoo educator Dr. Frank Velte will discuss the different cultural perspectives on the animal world.
The significance of animals in folk beliefs
The tour focuses, among other things, on vultures companions of gods in some cultures , while others viewed disgust a symbol of parental care ? These and other questions will be explored during the event.
Meeting point, costs and registration
The guided tour starts at 10 a.m. at the zoo school . In addition to the entrance fee , a charge of €4.50 per person levied.
