“I am who I am – luck or fate” with guests from culture, business, medicine and theology
The Evangelical City Church of Darmstadt continues its long-standing sermon series and invites you to four special services in October 2025. Under the theme "I am who I am – Luck or Fate" (Exodus 3:14), prominent figures will explore existential questions of human existence.
Perspectives on personality and destiny
The biblical self-revelation of God is applied to the human level: Are we who we are by fate, luck, achievement, mental strength, or illness? This question is at the heart of this year's sermon series.
The Evangelical City Church congregation has invited guests from the fields of journalism, business, medicine, and theology. Each sermon will be complemented by a reduced liturgy and musical contributions from soloists and ensembles.
