Podium finishes in Bessungen, Ober-Ramstadt and strong marathon times
Darmstadt – The athletes of the SG Arheilgen Triathlon department . In sweltering summer temperatures on Saturday, September 20, 2025, three female athletes secured podium finishes.
Eva Riedel (W40) won the Owweremschdä city run over 2 kilometers in 8:39 minutes, taking the overall victory. At the Bessunger Merck Run, Simone Barabas (W45) impressed with a time of 26:15 minutes, securing second place in her age group, while Ulrike Bickert (W50) took first place with a time of 28:20 minutes.
On Sunday, September 21, 2025, further races took place. At the Huguenot Run in Neu-Isenburg , Conny Thiele, Ulrike Bickert, Sascha Prehn, Moritz Mattern, Michael Bondeur and Guido Götz ran the half marathon distance (21.1 kilometers).
At the same time, Nadine Silvia Krisch and Marina Lefort participated in the Berlin Marathon . Marina Lefort (W50) set a new personal best time of 3:11:45 hours and finished sixth out of 1,215 women.
