Podium finishes in Bessungen, Ober-Ramstadt and strong marathon times
Darmstadt – The athletes of the SG Arheilgen Triathlon division . In midsummer temperatures on Saturday, September 20, 2025, three competitors secured podium finishes.
Eva Riedel (W40) took the overall victory at the Owweremschdä City Run over 2 kilometers in 8:39 minutes. At the Bessungen Merck Run, Simone Barabas (W45) impressed, taking second place in her age group with a time of 26:15 minutes, and Ulrike Bickert (W50) took first place with a time of 28:20 minutes.
More starts followed on Sunday, September 21, 2025. Conny Thiele, Ulrike Bickert, Sascha Prehn, Moritz Mattern, Michael Bondeur, and Guido Götz competed in the half marathon distance (21.1 kilometers) the Huguenot Run in Neu-Isenburg
At the same time, Nadine Silvia Krisch and Marina Lefort participated in the Berlin Marathon . Marina Lefort (W50) set a new personal best of 3:11:45 hours and finished sixth among 1,215 women.
