Personal best times and podium finishes in marathon and duathlon competitions
Successful competition weekend for the triathletes of the SGA: On Sunday (April 27th) they were at the start of various events in Düsseldorf, Hamburg and in the Kinzig Valley.
Lily Bahl finished the Düsseldorf Marathon with a personal best time of 4:42:33. In Hamburg, Ulrike Bickert completed the marathon in 4:55:35.
The SGA Triathlon Department's fifth men's team participated in the Kinzigtal Triathlon. Due to the low water temperature (19 degrees Celsius), the competition was held as a duathlon: a 2.5-kilometer run, an 18-kilometer bike ride, and a final 5-kilometer run.
Representing SGA were Henri Lassig (M30), Lukas Beckmann (M30), Marina Lefort (W50), Stephan Prosser (M50), and Axel Reinhardt (M55). The team achieved a respectable 7th place out of 15 teams. Marina Lefort delivered a particularly strong performance, securing first place in her age group and the overall victory among the eight female participants with a time of 1:07:35. Axel Reinhardt also won his age group with a time of 1:05:37.

- Henri Lassig: 1:03:55 hours, 5th place in the M30 age group
- Lukas Beckmann: 1:16:15 hours, 9th place in the M30 age group
- Stephan Prosser: 1:04:20 hours, 3rd place in the M50 age group
All participants crossed the finish line healthy and satisfied and are optimistic about the upcoming triathlon season.
