Maren Herrlitz and Jens Preiss defy wind and rain with strong performances
At the first Wixhäuser two-hill cross run on Sunday, March 30, 2025, the Triathlon department of SGA Darmstadt was also represented. Despite windy and rainy conditions, Maren Herrlitz and Jens Preiss were able to assert themselves with strong placements.
Maren Herrlitz started after a long baby break over the 3-kilometer distance. In a time of 16:26 minutes she reached third place and became second . Herrlitz builds on her previous achievements early in the season.
Jens Preiss completed the 6-kilometer route and reached the goal 26:43 minutes sixth place among the 22 male participants and also finished second in his age group .
The SGA triathlon department is satisfied with these results and is optimistic about the further season.
