Cabaret artist presents her new program full of humor and changes in perspective
Darmstadt. With her current program “Wild Wechsel”, cabaret artist Sia Korthaus at the halbNeun Theater in Darmstadt on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at 8:30 pm.
Known for her keen powers of observation, Korthaus's program not only shifts topics but also perspectives: sometimes humorous, sometimes reflective, then surprisingly insightful. She plays with everyday absurdities and societal idiosyncrasies – from changing partnerships to shifting political opinions.
Humor with depth
The focus is on menopause, which for Korthaus is an opportunity to reflect on life changes in general. But she doesn't stop at hormonal fluctuations: holiday traditions, beer tastes, railway policy, and everyday life also provide ample material for her cabaret-style rollercoaster ride.
With role reversal, songs and fast-paced scene changes, Sia Korthaus provides a varied evening that combines entertainment and food for thought.
