Awards for 50 and 25 years of active singing
This year's Büchnerstadt Riedstadt Singers' Awards at the Büchnerhaus art gallery . In a small ceremony, Mayor Marcus Kretschmann long-serving singers for their musical commitment.
Honors for decades of commitment
Inge Schneider was by the SKG Erfelden for 50 years of singing .
Lisa Heyl received an award from the Wolfskehlen Singers' Association 1851 25 years of active singing .
Ursula Leiss (60 years of singing) and Nicola Freund-Schulz (25 years of singing), both members of the Wolfskehlen Singers’ Association, were unable to attend in person
Musical tradition in Riedstadt
Also present at the ceremony were Hans Kopp chairman of the Wolfskehlen Singers' Association and chairman of the Groß-Gerau Singers' Circle .
Also present were Annette Däubener Singers ' Association, and First City Councilor Ottmar Eberling , who participated in his capacity as chairman of the SKG .
With this event, the city recognized the important role of choral singing in the cultural life of Riedstadt and the long-standing commitment of the singers to local clubs.
