Successful team championship: Qualification for the next round achieved
The team championship of the South Hesse Skat Association took place on the weekend of March 8th and 9th, 2025. Thirteen teams competed for one of the eight coveted qualifying spots for the next round. Six rounds of 48 games each were played.
While 1. SC Dieburg fielded five teams and demonstrated their dominance on the first day of competition, the Gräfenhausen Skat Club two teams. , Gräfenhausen 1 was the only team to prevent Dieburg from securing all five top spots. They entered the second day of the tournament trailing third place by 1,486 points and second place by 1,689 points.
On Sunday, the Gräfenhausen team went one better: With 8,902 points in two series, they secured the runner-up title and qualification for the Hessian Team Championship in Korbach.

The eight qualified teams will now move on to the next stage: On September 6th and 7th, 2025, they will compete in the Hessian Team Championship in Korbach .
