EAD extends the range of services for private households - no registration necessary - acceptance points in Röntgenstraße and on Sensfelderweg
The in -house company for municipal tasks and services (EAD) is now offering Darmstadt private households a free delivery of household bulky waste . The campaign runs up to and including Thursday, October 2, 2025 , and is a reaction to the recently increased demand for bulky waste dates.
Free delivery is possible at two locations:
- Recyclinghof, Sensfelderweg 33
- Darmstadt Recycling Center (DRZ), Röntgenstraße 12
Telephone registration is not required , the delivery is once a day per household . Commercial bulky waste and complete household resolutions are excluded .
Sustainability at a glance
City treasurer André Schellenberg emphasizes the importance of the extended offer:
Darmstadt's used goods carpool Kagel is worthwhile . Anyone who has useful furniture or functioning devices should check whether further use is possible."
