Preparations for the 2026 municipal elections are ongoing
The SPD Heimstättenschiedlung took a balance sheet at its annual meeting and chose delegates for the upcoming party congress of the Darmstadt SPD. The focus was on looking back at work in the district and the view of the municipal elections 2026.
According to the chairman Rita Beller, the SPD Heimstätständlung sees itself as the contact person for the interests of people in the district. The aim is to actively fill out this role in the future.
The meeting was led by Christina Brahm, chair of the SPD Eberstadt and deputy chair of the Darmstadt SPD. With regard to the local elections, which are expected to take place in March 2026, the first personnel were made.
Five delegates were elected for the upcoming party congress of the Darmstadt SPD: Rita Beller, Frank Horneff, Robert Pfeiffer, the member of the state parliament and Darmstadt SPD chairman Bijan Kaffenberger and Janina Büching.
