Green invite you to a tour of the planning director Kolmer on June 13th
Under the motto "Stadtgrün is quality of life", the district group Bessungen from Bündnis 90/Die Grünen to a topic walk with planning director Michael Kolmer on Friday, June 13, 2025 . The focus is on the Ludwigshöhviertel , one of the most important development areas for sustainable urban planning in Darmstadt.
The walk begins at 2 p.m. at the Music Academy / track loop stop and lasts until around 5 p.m. The event is aimed at everyone interested who want to learn more about climate right urban development , quality of stay in public space and the role of city green in new quarters .
"Especially in a growing district such as the Ludwigshöhviertel, we have the chance to create structures from the start that have long -term work - with well -designed green spaces, lifelong residence and air conditioning rights," emphasizes Kolmer in the run -up to the tour.
The aim of the walk is to show how climate adaptation , urban design and quality of life can be combined - and why green areas are not a luxury, but a central component. In addition to technical impulses, the focus is also on dialogue with citizens.
